Role Summary
This role serves as the point of contact and subject‑matter expert for insurance requirements and third‑party compliance platforms. You’ll coordinate documentation, payments, and status updates to keep customer compliance current and support smooth contract execution and billing. This is primarily an internal support role with frequent collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Contract Booking, and Collections to research and resolve billing questions, disputes, and account setup issues tied to insurance/compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal partners to align contract requirements with insurance and compliance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and third‑party portals to support compliance tracking, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Provide ongoing administration of third‑party compliance sites, including document uploads, renewals, payment tracking, and follow‑up with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Safety, and field leadership) to close open items.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting insurance documentation, customer compliance requirements, or third‑party vendor onboarding/compliance platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM and/or ERP/billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal partners and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with customer compliance documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and vendor onboarding requirements (e.g., W‑9/W‑8 and portal submissions).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort working with data quality/cleanup initiatives.
