Position Overview:

Apollo is a leading firm in the Alternatives Industry with a strong focus on delivering value to our clients. We are seeking an individual to join the Human Capital team as Analyst.  Working in partnership with the CPS team and internal HC stakeholders, this analyst plays a critical role in the development and execution of RFP/DDQs. This role will require strategic thinking and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Human Capital policies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for RFP and DDQ responses.

  • Craft accurate and compelling answers to both qualitative and quantitative questions related to human capital and ensure that all deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistent with the firm's brand and messaging.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience with handling RFP/DDQs.

  • Utilize Excel to analyze human capital data, including workforce planning, diversity, and others.

  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
