What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with Network Operations concepts, practices and methodologies.

• With guidance, performs standard analytical, project support, user training and/or related duties.

• Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements,

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Support end-users by resolving network-related incidents and service requests.

• Perform routine checks, patch updates, and preventive maintenance of networking equipment.

• Assist in implementing network security measures (firewalls, VPN, access controls).

• Document network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.

• Participate in on-call or shift-based support 24X7.

• Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders

• Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BE/BTech degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
