Position Overview
Join our Global License Compliance (GLC) North America team to protect Autodesk's Intellectual Property. You will manage a high volume of License Compliance leads, drive customer compliance engagements, and ensure commercial resolutions while retaining and growing our customer base. Your role spans various vertical markets, requiring collaboration with internal and external teams to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Responsibilities
Engage daily with customers, including C-Level decision-makers, to address compliance issues using advanced anti-piracy telemetry and analytics tools
Clarify Intellectual Property or contractual violations to customers, negotiate resolutions, and agree on commercial closures
Lead compliance processes, issuing usage reports, warning letters, or audit requests, and negotiate resolutions based on findings
Present compliance data and audit findings to customers, securing their cooperation and participation in the compliance process
Execute sales strategies based on customer needs and risks, advising on strategic investments while resolving compliance issues
Maintain strong knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, products, and industry trends
Manage and develop a pipeline of license compliance opportunities and activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
Collaborate across multiple Autodesk teams to ensure alignment on License Compliance engagements
Adapt strategies to local cultures and collaborate on best practices with other geographies to ensure continuous improvement
Accurately forecast business results within a 10% margin
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated critical thinking, resilience, discipline, accountability, adaptability, growth mindset, lifelong learning, and the highest ethics and integrity, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and ambiguities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze and present data compellingly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a software inside sales representative, with knowledge of License Compliance, IT systems and infrastructure, and cybersecurity trends
Fluency in additional languages, especially French and Spanish
