Aetna's Medicare Stars Team is growing and expanding! This is exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team as a Senior Data Engineer. This individual will focus on evolving the Stars Data Engine to a new Ecosystem that allows for expanding our data ingestion footprint while increasing data security, reducing data replication and becoming more real-time solution related to the data outputs.
This position will manage and be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale data structures and Pipelines and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows. Acts as a data engineering contributor for large and complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks and provides guidance and direction in support of company objectives. This individual will need to apply Rapid Application Development and Lean techniques in order to direct work assignments and provide mentoring to junior staff to successfully direct the improvements to the Data Engine Framework to support the constituent needs of the various Medicare Business units. The individual will help manage the evolution to a self-organizing, cross functional team structure that leverages iterative Delivery Processes with a focus on continuous delivery of valuable software.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
