Is responsible for all HR matters in very complex or multiple countries with disciplinary HR leadership in country
Consults managers in the area of responsibility in all strategic and operative HR matters
Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Develops and implements new HR products and services in alignment with relevant stakeholders but with sole responsibility for area of impact

Executes negotiations with employee representative bodies for entire sites or countries
Supports country strategy with appropriate country-specific HR projects
