JOB DESCRIPTION: Position is based in Charlotte, NC, some teleworking may be permitted. Travel to Lowe's offices may be required.

Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical integration program designs, integration code modules, stable application systems, and software integration solutions with guidance from senior colleagues as appropriate by partnering with Business Analysts to understand business needs and functional specifications. Recommend technical integration solutions that meet design and functional needs; collaborate with software engineers and consultants to ensure functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable integration solution designs; write, review, and/or validate clear technical integration specifications and documentation; identify specific interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures, and functions as required to support technical integration solutions. Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and/or enterprise application integration solutions within various computing environments by designing and coding component-based Integrations using various programming languages. Supports systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing insight to testing teams in order to ensure the appropriate depth of test coverage; validating test cases; providing onsite support for complex functionality tests as needed; working with IT teams to revise key application components based on test results as appropriate; assisting in the development of necessary supporting documentation. Leads integration development modules, pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information; openly sharing information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; providing occasional mentoring to team members; seeking performance feedback; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area; leveraging an understanding of policies, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborating cross-functionally to solve business problems; identifying and monitoring priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; identifying, recommending, and implementing ways to address improvement opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires a Bachelor’s Degree* in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in any job title/occupation involving software engineering or a related field. *Employer will accept single degree or combination of degrees, diplomas and/or professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. 

Must have prior experience in: 

•    5 years of experience in:
•    Develop Integration solutions using Informatica;
•    Databases like Teradata, IBM DB2, MS SQL, and Postgresql;
•    Azure Platform with Microsoft AD and Azure Access Control;
•    Agile Development practices such as Scrum and Kanban frameworks;
•    On Prem Integration tools BizTalk and web Methods;
•    Azure platform using ASB, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Data Factory and API Management; and
•    Shell Scripts.

•    3 years of experience in Develop Integration solutions using Talend.
