SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER | GUIDE

Our Puerto Rican team is expanding, and we are searching for dedicated and talented software engineers who are excited about innovation and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Full Stack Senior Engineer
• Build excellent user interfaces on top of the platform and services that power Red Ventures’ travel businesses. Look out at the world of flights, hotels, upgrades, loyalty status, stopovers, credit cards, points and miles. Build rich, intuitive User Interfaces to help our customers optimize their travel habits.
• Contribute to key architectural decisions.
• Figure out how to best scale, secure, maintain, and extend the application.
• Integrate internal and external APIs performantly.
• Active pair-programming with teammates when they need help. Help mentor and develop less senior talent.
• Drive formal and informal code and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with the product management team and other developers to deliver a quality product that meets business needs

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Mastery: Proficient in React and React Native, with understanding of Python
• Technical Skills: Solid experience in API development and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Passion for AI: A keen interest in OpenAI, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Growth Mindset: A relentless desire to learn and excel in a tech-driven environment
