We are looking for an experienced program management professional with a technical background to focus on training services in China. As a key member of the Deep Learning Institute (DLI) team, you will be responsible for expanding our training services business in China. Your role will involve both hands-on work and cross-team coordination. Your expertise, experience, and dedication will be crucial to the success of DLI and NVIDIA.

DLI has now trained over 900,000 developers, data scientists, and researchers globally in AI/Deep Learning, Accelerated Computing, Data Science, Graphics and Simulation, and IT Infrastructure. We are looking to grow that number exponentially. You will collaborate with and be supported by a globally distributed team of like-minded professionals, committed to growing our community of developers by helping them learn how to better the world by staying at the forefront of key technologies. DLI operates like a startup but with the support of a much larger organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design operation plans for training and certification services.

• Execute operation plans, including registration management, resource coordination, and service delivery.

• Provide comprehensive support to instructors, ambassadors, and partners in delivering their training workshops.

• Handle training queries and common technical troubleshooting.

• Manage relevant systems, adhere to related processes, and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Improve operational processes continuously to enhance effectiveness and user experience.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technology fields.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully driving and managing multiple complex projects to achieve desired outcomes within set timelines.

• Deep understanding of AI application development and technical training services, enabling influential communication with target audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Chinese, with fluency in both spoken and written English.

• A demonstrated proactive approach in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to ensure effective project completion.

• Strong capability to think strategically, innovate continuously, and coordinate numerous moving parts within a dynamic and innovative organization.
