Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process deal registration requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Support daily deal approval workflow and meet turnaround time requirements
• Communicate with sales teams and partners to clarify submission details or request missing information
• Track and maintain deal records and documentation
• Escalate exceptions or non-standard cases to senior team members when needed
• Provide general operational support to Partner Operations activities

Qualifications and Competency:

• 1–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferable
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Able to follow structured processes and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Basic proficiency in Excel and office tools
• Fluent in Mandarin, working-level English (reading & writing)
• Experience in operations, sales support, or channel/partner-related roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
