Your role and responsibilities


We are looking for a person which will be performing basic project administration tasks. Ideally with business academy or similar high school or economical university. The job is part-time and can be performed entirely from home office or in a combination of office presence and home office.  


Your main responsibilities from the start will focus primarily on project administration in SAP and other supporting tools, including:

  • verifying data consistency between customer purchase orders/contracts and SAP entries
  • ensuring correct entry of planned costs and markups
  • project release
  • hedging currency risks
  • updating forecasted costs
  • supporting project managers
  • other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications for the role :

  • solid understanding of key business documents (purchase order, invoice, full cost model)
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • ability to learn quickly
  • strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks performed with accuracy
  • ability to quickly navigate financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, project status reports, etc.) is more than welcome
  • mid level English skills
