Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate and optimize search capabilities using AWS OpenSearch (formerly Elasticsearch).
Design and expose APIs using GraphQL, ensuring flexibility and performance.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Maintain and document high-quality, testable code adhering to modern development best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support when necessary.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Must have :
Strong hands-on experience with Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework.
Experience designing RESTful services and GraphQL APIs.
Practical knowledge of AWS OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, including indexing, querying, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM) is a plus.
Proficiency in using tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
