Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update product content and listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze and report sales and stock data, asisting action plans accordingly.
  • Support the development of pricing and promotion strategies through market and competitor analysis.
  • Follow e-commerce partners to ensure proper brand representation and timely product launches.
  • Execute alligned campaigns and communication suggestions to accelerate the sale of slow-moving or overstocked products.
  • Manage daily operational processes (mailing, presentations, data organization, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, supply, etc.) and ensure smooth information flow.


Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliable, and a team player.
  • Open to learning, eager to develop, and enthusiastic about generating new ideas.
  • Fast, attentive, and solution-oriented in operational tasks.
  • Able to adapt to company culture and team spirit.
  • English reading and writing skills are a must

Role Objectives

  • Sales Growth:
    Increase sales volume and revenue by ensuring accurate product listings, updated content, and readiness for sale on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
    Drive market share growth for high-margin products through consumer promotions and digital marketing activities.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Ensure smooth operational processes by regularly checking and revising product titles, content, and visuals.
    Take action for effective stock management, including holding safety stock for low-margin products and clearing excess or slow-moving inventory.
  • Market Penetration & Brand Representation:
    Work closely with e-commerce partners to ensure our brand is represented accurately and strongly on marketplace platforms.
    Ensure new product launches are quickly activated on platforms and maintain healthy stock levels for consumer accessibility.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
    Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring correct pricing, fast and reliable shipping, and a seamless shopping experience on marketplace platforms.
    Play an active role in communication and campaign processes that reach the end consumer.
  • Collaboration & Team Spirit:
    Foster a supportive, trust-based, and collaborative working environment with both internal (marketing, supply, etc.) and external teams.
    Strengthen team spirit and quickly adapt to company culture.
  • Learning & Development:
    Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and sales processes, develop new strategies, and remain open to personal growth.
    Actively participate in mentoring and feedback processes to support both personal and team success.
  • Analytical Approach:
    Analyze sales, stock, and market data to contribute to the improvement of business processes and strategies.
