JR65487 Process Technician Specialist

As a IPQC Quality Inspector you will be responsible for performing in-line, real-time process and product quality monitors for technician involve in the manufacturing.  In this role you will provide continuous feedback to facilitate process and product quality improvements and maintain high quality standards in manufacturing. 
 
Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor process and operation compliance with relevant procedures and standards including 6s. 

Note: This means, the audit results should be key into the IPQC tool within the shift (Including the findings). The findings should be written accurately with complete data as per the guideline and the corresponding evidence (Photo) and specs reference should be attached into the finding.

  • Verify critical parameter compliance

  • Monitor to ensure process and quality controls are being used and followed in accordance with specifications

  • Monitor the 5M+1E factors   

  • Monitor material and product quality

  • Verify Engineering Change Notification and/or Temporary Change Notice (ECN/TCN) implementation

  • Monitor compliance to ESD procedures and requirements

  • Verify execution of corrective actions taken to address MRBs and RMAs

  • Record non-conformances and provide timely feedback to relevant department leaders

  • Track and verify execution of corrective actions taken to address IPQC findings.

  • Involvement in the 12D Manufacturing activities

  • Responsible for improvement projects for IPQC and 6S

  • Conduct 6S audit and follow up on CA and PA for audit noncompliance

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduates in Microelectronics, electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.

  • Prefer at least 1 year experience as Manufacturing Technician involve in handling process control or equipment maintenance in the Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
