What You'll Bring:

• BA/BS degree and 3-5years of experience in an Data Analytics or Sales Operations role

• Demonstrate a track record of exemplary project and program management skills, including strategic planning, organization, execution, and follow-through.
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Strong Excel and Data management skills

Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI
• Independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize requests and workload

• Sales experience a plus

Impact You'll Make:

Data Management and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret renewal/sales data from PowerBI and Salesforce to provide insights and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  • Manage the Account Transfer and Account Assignment process in Salesforce to ensure appropriate vertical alignment for the Diversified Markets organization.
  • Support the reporting needs for the various sales teams within the Diversified Markets vertical through either systemic or one-off data pulls
  • Help develop additional reporting functionality. This could include identifying new marketplace trends that our sales organization should be aware of.
  • Ensure sellers are maintaining renewal forecasts appropriately

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies (e.g., cross-sell campaigns).
  • Support the planning and implementation of sales initiatives. Help create reference materials and trackers to ensure appropriate visibility.

Technology and Tools Management:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and DOMO/PowerBI
  • Provide feedback to other cross functional teams regarding areas of improvement based on team feedback.
  • Help develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports in conjunction with the DOMO/PowerBi teams.
  • Help to ensure data integrity and accuracy within reporting systems.
  • Help train sales teams on the effective use of technology and tools.
  • Support the broader team by ensuring they can process renewals/sales opportunities in Salesforce as needed.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
