Job Description

As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning is required. Master proficiency in Scope Management is recommended. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management, Master proficiency in Risk Management, and Master proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK are suggested.
Develop and implement strategic project plans to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
Lead cross functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project scope and expectations for successful project execution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance project performance.
