Contract Type: Fixed-term (12 months) with possibility of extension

Department: People eXperience (PX)

Job Summary

Are you a people-centric professional who thrives on turning business strategy into a world-class employee journey? We are looking for a PX Business Partner who is as comfortable talking strategy with leadership as they are navigating the nuances of Dutch labor law.

In this hands-on role, you won’t just "do HR"—you’ll act as a true business collaborator, championing the needs of our Netherlands team while working seamlessly within our global PX ecosystem. If you are ready to make a tangible impact on how our people grow, lead, and succeed, we want to hear from you.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Deep-dive into our business objectives to identify organizational challenges and implement the talent roadmaps needed to win.

  • HR Generalist Expertise: Be the "go-to" expert for the Netherlands. You’ll manage global PX programs locally and partner with our Centres of Excellence (COE).
While Netherlands labor law is your bread and butter, any experience with Belgium or a curiosity for international markets is a huge plus!

  • Cultural & Change Advocacy: Act as a catalyst for growth. You’ll partner with managers to design effective organizational structures and lead teams through change with empathy and clarity.

  • Growth & Coaching: Facilitate talent reviews and work with our People Development COE to define upskilling needs. You’ll be a trusted coach for managers and employees alike.

  • Employee Relations: Navigate complex challenges with maturity. You’ll use your mediation and investigative skills to resolve issues and maintain a healthy, professional work environment.

  • Talent Magnetism: Help us find and keep the best. Partner with our Talent Attraction team to bring in top-tier talent and ensure our best people have a reason to stay.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in PX/HR roles, showing a clear track record of increased responsibility.

  • Legal Expertise: Strong, applied knowledge of Dutch labor law and international HR best practices.

  • Influence: The ability to build instant credibility and trust. You are a clear, succinct communicator who listens as well as you speak.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills—you don't just see numbers; you see trends and insights.

  • Agility: A "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that is constantly evolving.
