Team/Role Overview

This role sits within the Market Data Services function of Business Expense Transparency. Market Data Services is a global function that is responsible for operations (ordering and invoicing), inventory management, business analysis and reporting and strategy for all Market Data expenses.

This role focuses on the management of invoice reconciliation and validation of Market Data invoices paid out of NAM and EMEA, including investigating all invoice queries, monitoring usage accounts and challenging discrepancies with vendors. 

What you’ll do

• Invoice Management; including invoice reconciliation to agreed commercial terms and inventory, data entry via Optimized spend, variance analysis and reporting, data upload via Procure to Pay for authorization and local country payments
• Investigate any variances and were required, dispute with vendor (seek revised invoice or credit as appropriate)
• Deal with all invoice queries from Business, Vendors, Payment Services and Market Data Management
• Deal with all overseas locations to ensure local payment of MDS invoices in correct and timely manner
• Ensure invoices are paid within payment terms maintaining service level agreement
• Liaise with vendors to create and maintain up to date tax & banking documents

What we’ll need from you

• Procure to Pay and/or Invoice payment experience within Market Data is a plus
• Market Data knowledge preferred
• Strong Pc knowledge, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Confident under pressure with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines
