Emerging Tech Hub Senior Manager (San Jose, job grade: P5)

Analog Devices (ADI) is launching an exciting new initiative — the Emerging Tech Hub — a collaborative space where customers, partners, and academic collaborators can rapidly prototype solutions tailored to their unique challenges.
We are seeking an Emerging Tech Hub Senior Manager to lead this flagship space and shape it into a global center of excellence. This unique leadership role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on technical engagement— blending the vision of a solution architect with the technical depth of a robotics engineer.
You will be responsible for establishing world-class programs, engaging directly with customers and partners, and ensuring the Hub delivers both cutting-edge demonstrations and real-world impact. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing emerging trends with executives, designing solution blueprints with architects, and guiding engineers through rapid prototyping in robotics and AI-driven systems.
