JOB DESCRIPTION:

What will you do: 
•    Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans in a designated territory; 
•    Organizing and coordinating the work of the team in the Poltava, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions;
•    Motivating and developing the team; 
•    Planning and organizing product promotion events (conferences, round tables); 
•    Monitoring employee performance of planned KPIs; 
•    Reporting

Requirements:
•    Higher education; 
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical business – at least 2 years at Abbott; 
•    Leadership qualities, initiative, responsibility, determination; 
•    Organizational and time management skills;
•    Participation in any projects or the Abbott Academy is an additional advantage
•    Proven effectiveness in current position (sales KPIs, score cards, ratings);
•    Rating of at least AE for the last two years;
•    Readiness to travel; 
 

Функціональні обов'язки: 
•    Забезпечення виконання планів продажу на заданій території; 
•    Організація та координація роботи команди на території Дніпро, Кривий Ріг, Кропивницький;
•    Мотивація та розвиток команди;
•    Планування та організація заходів щодо просування продукції (конференції, круглі столи); 
•    Контроль виконання співробітниками планових KPIs; 
•    Ведення звітності

Вимоги:
•    Вища освіта; 
•    Досвід роботи у фармацевтичному бізнесі – не менше 2 років в Abbott; 
•    Лідерські якості, ініціативність, відповідальність, цілеспрямованість; 
•    Наявність організаційних навичків та тайм менеджменту;
•    Участь у будь-яких проектах, академії Абботт - є додатковою перевагою
•    Підтверджена ефективність на поточній позиції (sales KPI, score cards, rating);
•    Рейтинг не менше АЕ за останні два роки;
•    Готовність до відряджень; 
•    Локація – Дніпро
