• Develop and execute the annual professional education and engagement plans for Refractive. Cross collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of our strategic goals and message.
• Manage allocated budget for Refractive. Contribute to achieving team goals for APAC Professional Education team.
• Work with GPAS to develop and execute an integrated medical affairs plan (for data generation and dissemination) for product launches. Design and execute PE activities to support product launch in key markets.
• Continue to fulfill educational needs through collaboration with KOL speakers, teaching institutions and related healthcare professionals to create educational content and programs. Deliver the content in various formats to reach target learners.
• Evaluate the impact of professional education activities and keep the stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate collaboration, best practices, and cooperation across programs and across necessary departments within professional education teams.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs to understand the educational needs and the gap. Work with KOL management team to ensure engagement process compliance, and to support execution of global KOL engagement framework.
• Collect medical intelligence and draw insights to guide the design and implementation of professional educational activities.
• Acquire knowledge of all ophthalmology fields for scientific engagement with customers.
• Embracing of core mission of Medical Affairs & Professional Education.

Education / Professional Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Optometry or related fields.
• Certification or/and training in ophthalmology or optometry is preferred

Experience

• More than 5 years of working experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical & ophthalmic industry
