Responsibility

Fulfills specialized, complex requests by clarifying desired information and carrying out transaction and information requests.

Performs payment histories and balance disputes for all three brands

Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential in accordance with PCI and PII guidelines

Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities

Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related requests as needed
