Job Summary

    The Financial Analyst II is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. This role provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assists with the preparation and analysis of internal financial documents.
    • Performs analysis of projected and actual results.
    • Facilitates annual and quarterly budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Responsible for developing operational reports for management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
    • Resolves the accuracy of the reported financial information.
    • Establishes and maintains financial reporting tools.
    • Interacts with other internal departments to accurately analyze the financial and operational performance.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience

      Certifications

      • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
      • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Preferred)
      • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (Preferred)

      Additional Experience

      • Background in Operations Finance or FP&A, with a focus on reporting and financial data
      • Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $66,500 - $79,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
