Current resources are fully allocated to existing customer success operations and do not have theskillset required for an Al-first approach, which leaves limited capacity to explore and implement new opportunities. A dedicated part-time role will ensure we can strategically pilot and operationalize Al initiatives without disrupting ongoing priorities in CSM, while positioning the team for transformation.

 The proposed part-time position will focus on:

Localization Across CSM: tailoring Al solutions to regional and cultural contexts, ensuring global scalability with local relevance.

Business Anomaly Detection: Setting up and monitoring Al-based anomaly detection systems to flag unusual trends in business performance, enabling proactive responses to risks and opportunities.

Al-Driven Initiatives: Researching, testing, and implementing Al models to identify new business opportunities and customer engagement strategies.

Value to the Organization

Increased Efficiency: Early detection of anomalies will reduce risk exposure and improve business decision-making.

Revenue Growth: Al-driven insights will uncover untapped growth opportunities and help optimize customer journeys.

Scalability & Localization: Localized solutions across CSM ensure adoption and effectiveness in diverse markets, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Cost-Effective Approach: A part-time role allows us to test and validate these initiatives in a low-risk, high-value model before considering expansion to a full-time position.
