Boeing Global Services Engineering is seeking a Senior Maintenance Program Analyst to become part of the Optimized Maintenance Programs (OMP) Engineering Team at our Seattle, WA location.

The OMP Team offers customer unique optimized maintenance solutions providing great value to global commercial and military customers.  We provide the best maintenance intervals based on customer historical fleet data and utilization.  Boeing's maintenance program engineering knowledge, data analysis methodology, and design certification expertise are utilized to deliver a custom program optimized for each airline customer’s maintenance operation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs, leads, and provides guidance and consultation in the review and evaluation of engineering data, in-service reliability data and regulations to support the definition and maintenance of initial minimum scheduled maintenance requirements and continued airworthiness
  • Performs, leads, and guides others to analyze requirements to produce customized maintenance programs to optimize deliverables
  • Validates customer maintenance programs, initiates and guides root cause analysis and resolution of in-service technical problems
  • Leads customer engagement and evaluation to provide technical solutions to support contractual and industry requests
  • Develops complex technical communications and develops and provides training materials on maintenance programs
  • Supports industry meetings to gain industry and regulatory agency acceptance of maintenance requirements
  • Maintains technical currency with changes in Boeing scheduled maintenance programs, design configuration and certification related to aircraft maintenance, and associated industry and regulatory guidance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance programs analysis
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Program Engineering (especially maintenance program development and fleet support)
  • Experience with Maintenance Review Board, MSG-3, and Industry Steering Committee
  • Experience working directly with Customer and Regulators on maintenance program approval

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Experience with commercial aircraft maintenance
  • Experience with data analytics, including statistical analysis tools for determining scheduled maintenance
  • Experience using technical manual authoring tools for maintenance programs, such as SMITS and eMod

Summary Pay Range: $100,300- $135,700
