Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain Oracle business process management systems. 2. Analyze, design, and optimize business processes within the Oracle framework. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle business process systems. 4. Oversee data integrity and accuracy within Oracle systems. 5. Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to support business process initiatives. Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of Oracle systems and architecture. 2. Proficiency in SQL and database management. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional Background: 1. Experience with process modeling tools such as Oracle BPM, Visio, or similar. 2. Knowledge of business process frameworks like BPMN or Six Sigma. 3. Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their integration with business processes. Education Background: 1. Bachelor’s Degree: Often in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Oracle certifications related to business process management are a plus.
