Job Description Summary

As the Regional PMO Process and Tool Leader, you will serve as the architect of our project execution ecosystem. You are responsible for defining the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project management and ensuring our digital toolset is optimized to drive visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You will bridge the gap between technical project delivery needs and corporate strategic objectives, ensuring GE Vernova projects are delivered with consistency
and excellence.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process Governance & Standardization

  • Leading the GEV GSI Transformation on Process and tools, as well as to ensure the implementation of the transformation.
  • Define, maintain, and socialize global project management methodologies across the business unit.
  • Establish "Best Practice" playbooks for project planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal governance, safety, and quality standards

Tool strategy & Implementation

  • Own the functional roadmap for project management tools (e.g., [Insert specific tool names, e.g., Primavera P6, Planisware, SAP PS]).
  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and platform enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for vendor relationships and internal IT support teams to troubleshoot platform issues.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and automate executive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide real-time visibility into project health, cost, and schedule variances
  • Establish data validation protocols to ensure "One Version of the Truth" across the organization.
  • Analyze historical project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Change Management & Training

  • Develop training curricula for project teams, ensuring widespread adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to overcome resistance to process changes and drive cultural transformation
  • Facilitate a "Community of Practice" for Project Managers to share insights and troubleshoot common challenges.

Operation Task

  • Leading Closeout portfolio in Rest of Asia Region.
  • Leading Under over recovery Management in APAC region.
  • Leading the PMO Communication related to Project Management community news.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3+ years of total experience in a project-intensive environment, with at least 3 years specifically within a PMO or Project Controls function.
    • Systems Proficiency: Minimum 3 years of direct experience utilizing GEV GSI project management tools and standard enterprise platforms.
    • Core Competencies: Demonstrated hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) in each of the following areas:
      • Project Delivery: End-to-end lifecycle management.
      • PMO Governance: Development of processes, reporting, and KPI tracking.
      • Risk Management: Identification, mitigation, and contingency planning for complex infrastructure projects.
      • Project Closeout: Managing the financial, technical, and contractual handover process to ensure successful project completion.
