Internship – EMEA Seed Marketing Projects & Demand Planning

Duration: 6 months (starting July 1st, 2026)

Role description

We are looking for a motivated intern to support key Marketing and planning initiatives within our EMEA seed business (corn & sunflower focus). This role offers hands-on exposure to pricing strategy, demand planning, and marketing excellence in a global corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing & Commercial Policy Support

• Contribute to a Gross-to-Net pricing initiative through data analysis and reporting
• Support the review and optimization of commercial policies across key corn and sunflower markets
• Help identify pricing improvement opportunities and ensure alignment across countries

2. Demand Management Tool Development

• Assist in the development and enhancement of demand management tools
• Support data collection, validation, and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting inputs and usability

3. S&OP Deployment & Forecast Analysis

• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify gaps versus actuals
• Contribute to reporting and insights to improve demand planning performance

4. Marketing Excellence Initiatives

• Support the execution of marketing excellence projects and best practices
• Assist in performance tracking and campaign analysis
• Contribute to improving tools, processes, and commercial effectiveness

Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• EU nationality or valid work authorization for Switzerland
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
