Location: Memphis, TN, Crosstown Concourse (Hybrid Work Environment)

Schedule: 9am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Assistance: Provide exceptional service to donors through various channels (phone, email, chat, text, mail, and social media) in both English and Spanish. Address donor inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. VIP Donor Support: Lend support to VIP donors and assist with Tributes, Gift Planning, and International outreach efforts. Problem Solving: Use your judgment and knowledge of marketing programs to recommend solutions and handle donor requests. Data Management: Update and maintain vital donor information to ensure accurate and timely communications. Research & Communication: Research information to handle donor requests and compose donor letters and emails as needed. Compliance: Ensure PCI compliance and adhere to ALSAC policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, excellent judgment, and proficiency in data entry and CRM systems.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to handle a high volume of varied tasks.
