  • Lead and manage a multi-regional sales team across Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement franchises, defining territories, quotas, and key account strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and monitoring performance metrics across assigned regions
  • Develop and implement differentiated business models to engage top-tier customers and unlock new market opportunities
  • Align cross-functional strategies with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to optimize pricing, inventory, and customer targeting
  • Drive product adoption through long-term projects with key institutional clients, ensuring sustained growth and market penetration
  • Oversee inventory utilization and instrument set deployment to maximize efficiency and service quality
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Regulatory, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and client performance to support team members on complex projects and high-value accounts

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in orthopedics or joint replacement product lines
  • Prior success managing channel partners or institutional clients

Travel Percentage: 50%
