Job Description:

  • Develops detailed work procedures/manuals, tools and tracking mechanism to ensure proper implementation of work practices to address both internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implements and executes the action plan/items driven by Compliance/Risk Management projects/initiatives in a timely manner and keep progress on the right track.
  • Develops monitoring tools to ensure sales quality and agency practices are properly implemented

Preferred skills

  • Expert at managing workloads through task management, planning and organizing, and through systems and technology.
  • Experience of working with business critical systems and the ability to translate business issues / challenges into effective project solutions.  Comfortable in dealing with issues / situations which might be nebulous, intangible, or unstructured.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with good business sense
  • Strong project management skills

Qualifications

  • University degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity of running projects within the financial services industry, and preferably within the insurance industry
