In alignment with Fidelity’s workforce strategies and various business plans, the University Talent Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with target schools in order to provide access to top students, deepen academic relationships and to form mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of University Recruiting/HR experience
1-3 years of technology recruiting preferred
Experience in the development of talent attraction and retention
A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices
Experience with all campus recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying
Strong knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office) including applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday)
Strong communication skills including comfort in speaking to large audiences
Experience working within a large matrix corporate environment
Analytical skills to interpret and react to complex and constantly evolving data
Experience managing and planning multiple events
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus on details, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated use of technical applications and social media tools for recruitment such as Linked In, Facebook, Twitter and Handshake
Participate in and help lead recruitment projects and initiatives.
Experience working independently in a regional setting with site Regional Leadership (plus)
Interest in building a strong business acumen
Demonstrable experience in sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates, networking, understanding market trends, and managing relationships across leadership and individual contributor roles.
Cultivate, drive, and maintain relationships with college career services, deans, faculty, students, alumni, and professional student organizations
Facilitate and attend campus recruiting events
Work closely with recruiting, HR, Regional and business leaders to develop recruiting strategy for local and regional markets
Manage recruiting initiatives at your designated schools including inclusion and early- ID initiatives
Serve as subject matter expert in college workforce trends by providing key insights to assist in delivering creative and innovative approaches to campus recruitment with stakeholders
Ensure consistent approach to corporate brand and image in all campus activities
Travel as required throughout the college recruitment cycle to multiple markets
Campus events may require nights and weekends
