Role and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Potential Trainers After Check In
• Perform Practical Application Training for Safety Route Ins
• Assist in Practical Application Instruction for Potential Driver Trainers
• Coverage for Safety Team
• Perform Performance Investigations and implement Interventions
• Qualify Potential Trainers
• Instruct Train the Trainer and Lifestyle of a Trainer

Position Goals and KPIs:

• Increase the quality of otr driver trainers through hands on evaluation and training

• Increase proficiency for otr drivers who have had issues with safety through hands on training and evaluation

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Experienced OTR Driver Trainer

• ability to work with drivers on a one on one basis

Preferred Skills:

• able to use microsoft excel and google sheets

• internal software

• able to be a proficient classroom instructor
