The Medical Education Manager (MEM) is responsible for providing clinical insight and strategic partnership for the development, delivery, and implementation of AWM (Advanced Wound Management) Medical Education in South Korea. The MEM will focus on driving Medical Education activities related to Advanced Wound Management across France. This role will be responsible for aligning with Advanced Wound Management marketing and the AWM medical education team to develop and implement customer-focused education programs that meet changing market needs and continue to differentiate Smith & Nephew.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Manage and deliver education programs for AWM Medical Education in the region, supporting regional teammates in program delivery as necessary.
- Technology Implementation: Implement new technologies for blended learning offerings, such as gaming and hybrid learning models, ensuring the use of Smith+Nephew's Learning Management System.
- Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain networks within the region to ensure vision, plans, objectives, interfaces, and initiatives are well communicated and learnings are shared with Medical Education, marketing and commercial partners.
- HCP and Society Partnership Development: Establish and maintain the identification, recruitment, and development of healthcare providers and societies who are either established or potential thought leaders, educators, and innovators for relevant areas of clinical practice to support education delivery in the safe and effective use of AWM therapies and disease states.
- Needs Assessment: Complete annual needs assessment in partnership with Professional Affairs to identify Smith+Nephew's needs to engage HCP Consultants to ensure compliant interactions.
- Faculty Liaison: Liaise with the local Professional Relations specialist for faculty master service agreements.
- Logistics Management: Ensure the logistics related to programs, including registrations, course information, and post-course evaluation data analysis and reporting, are managed and reported to partners and input into relevant regulatory systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all Medical Education initiatives managed by this role are fully aligned with local compliance regulations and policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6 or more years' experience in medical education or related field within the medical device, wound management, or clinical setting required
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide events
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to communicate very effectively using English to communicate

Desired:
- Wound Care certification preferred, not required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead both individuals and teams to successful project completion
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, positive thinker
- Proven capability in self-directed activities
- Track record in delivering results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
