Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring and managing testing activities, evaluating key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management, and fostering collaboration among team members to maintain continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and their implementation.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify root causes of defects.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
