Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.
 

About the Role
 

As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.

Responsibilities

Requirements and Solution Design:

  • Own the solution design phase, liaising with architects and following secure software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Translate moderately complex product requirements into detailed solution designs, including spikes, proof of concepts (POCs), design documents, and diagrams.

Technical Excellence:

  • Implement development processes and coding best practices across the team.
  • Create checklists and ensure compliance with secure coding practices.
  • Review Checkmarx and Black Duck reports.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other development team members.

Tech Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments.
  • Utilize self-learning, training programs, and mentorship.
  • Participate in portfolio chapters to drive improvements.


Additional Duties:

  • Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Align with LNRS processes, track and manage technical debt, and plan for its reduction.

Requirement

  • 7+ years of prior experience as a developer on Java, J2EE and webservices projects, not including training and education projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Major, or equivalent experience
  • Good handle on concepts of cyber security, cloud technologies and agile methodology
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Micro Services, Hibernate, JPA, Angular, Lucene, jQuery frameworks
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and Graph QL.
  • Experience working with Relational and Non-relational databases.
  • Nice to have – Experience working with more than 1 large projects to get a good view of architecture concepts and pitfalls.
