Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs or projects. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery framework. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and supports the overall program objectives by maintaining effective communication and collaboration across different teams and stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones while adapting to dynamic project environments and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate clear communication channels between stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Experience in managing project documentation and reporting to support decision-making.
- Ability to analyze project performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Competence in using project management tools and software to enhance efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
