Who you are:

As a Correspondent Banking Credit Support Analyst I with Frost, you are responsible for supporting the credit function within the Correspondent Banking department. You welcome a challenge and want to ensure every experience is next level. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What you’ll do: 

• Prepare all Relationship Development Packages for Correspondent Banking Department
• Develop loan packages and make recommendations by analyzing size, structure, and conducting approval assessments
• Perform quarterly analysis of Fed fund Guidance Line Portfolio and present to Senior Management
• Monitor borrower's compliance with written Loan Agreements
• Attend customer calls with Correspondent Banking Officers as assigned
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree with significant exposure to accounting and finance
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Credit Analysis
