Job Description:

Role Overview: The Data Visualization Specialist will play a key role in transforming complex survey data, consumer insights, and market trends into clear, engaging, and actionable visual stories. By leveraging advanced visualization platforms, the specialist ensures that research findings are communicated effectively to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, displayR, Dapresy, MS Powerpoint
• Translate survey results and market research findings into compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with research analysts to identify key metrics and KPIs for visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all visual outputs.
• Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Present insights to stakeholders in a visually intuitive format that supports decision-making.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, displayR, Dapresy and MS Powerpoint.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, survey methodologies, and consumer insights.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, preparation, and integration for visualization.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting within a market research or analytics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end dashboard/reporting projects.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through visualization tools.
