HR Enablement Lead - London Based

Hybrid: Office based Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Reporting to the Head of HR, Europe and Americas, this role is pivotal in advancing key HR priorities. Working closely with HR and business leaders, this role will help shape, structure and deliver HR initiatives, bringing clear thinking, strong programme management and effective communication to every stage. This role will also contribute to designing and embedding robust processes, controls and governance.

Key Responsibilities 

 

Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence  

  • Support the Head of HR, Europe and Americas, and the HR Leadership Team in developing, managing, and executing the regional HR plan, ensuring alignment with strategic business and HR and operational priorities and timely delivery of outcomes.  

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, embed best practices, and enhance the value HR delivers across regions.  

  • Manage the rhythm and operations of senior HR leadership activities, including planning sessions, leadership meetings, and off-sites, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow up actions are well designed and effectively executed. Supporting the HR leadership team in a chief of staff capacity.  

  • Build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders across HR and the wider business, producing high quality materials such as briefing papers, leadership presentations, and governance documentation. 

 

Project & Delivery Management 

  • Lead strategic and operational HR projects through structured project governance, guiding delivery teams to ensure alignment with business and HR priorities.  

  • Develop and manage robust project plans, implementation roadmaps, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. 

  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against agreed outcomes and timelines.  

 

Innovation & Value Creation for HR 

  • Support the creation of compelling HR business cases and narratives that demonstrate return on investment and HR’s long-term value. 

  • Help identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernise HR processes and services to improve efficiency, experience, and effectiveness. 

  • Champion a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement within HR. 

Best Practice, Capability & Culture 

  • Contribute to developing and maintaining best practice frameworks and tools across HR Europe and the Americas.  

  • Support capability building activities that strengthen strategic thinking and delivery skills within the HR team.  

  • Help reinforce a high performance, commercially aware HR culture. 

Person Specification 

 

Experience & Background 

  • Proven experience in an HR, business enablement, or equivalent role, with accountability for helping to shape and deliver both operational and strategic initiatives. 

  • Strong consulting background or consulting-style skillset, with demonstrated experience supporting leadership teams through insight-driven recommendations and structured thinking. 

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to complex projects in a matrixed or global environment. 

 

Skills & Capabilities 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the creation of high impact materials and the delivery of concise, insight driven presentations to leadership teams.  

  • Strong storytelling capability, translating strategy, data, and insight into compelling narratives. 

  • Strong project management and delivery skills, from concept through to implementation. 

  • Ability to identify innovation opportunities and translate them into practical, value-creating solutions.
