UX Design Engineer

Description -

We are seeking a talented and highly creative UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI-LLM (Artificial Intelligence - Legal Language Models) applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that optimize the usability and functionality of our AI-driven legal solution in print domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI developers, legal experts, and product managers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI developers, legal experts, and product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. – Figma  
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across the AI-LLM applications.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize the user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the legal tech industry.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a UX Designer, preferably in the legal tech or AI industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and legal language models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
