Do you like to work with your hands and enjoy a fast pace, working in a team- based environment? Are you looking for a night shift opportunity in manufacturing? If so, we want to hear from you! Charter Steel, located in Saukville, WI is hiring a night shift Billet Conditioner.

Role Available:

• Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): A fast-paced role that requires the use of torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations.

Production Team Members:

• Starting Pay is $23.50/ hour PLUS $2.25/ hour night shift premium = $25.75/ hour
• $2,000 Hiring bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment
• We pay weekly!
• 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our GED Works program. 
• Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands
• Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other related industries
