We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and design win pipeline working with and potentially leading a team of account managers. This role requires strong account management skills along with proven people management capabilities and a consistent track record of revenue and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design‑win pipeline across assigned accounts/regions
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team and enable execution excellence.
  • Act as a key customer interface at Senior leadership level for strategic accounts
  • Build and execute account plans, forecast accuracy, and pipeline reviews
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion in existing accounts
  • Drive Design pipeline Growth and Funnel Management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, application engineering, distribution team, partners, and leadership
  • Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, long‑term partnerships, and ecosystem engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering- Electronics, Electrical or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of sales experience, with significant exposure to B2B / technology / electronics / industrial or automotive sectors
