Summary: As a Tech Delivery & Op Excellence Lead, you will engage with project and sales teams to provide expert guidance on the effective application of delivery and operational excellence methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the processes and tools used are aligned with client needs, ultimately driving value and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also focus on understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable strategies that promote excellence in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to ensure alignment with operational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks and compliance regulations. - Experience in developing and implementing governance policies and procedures. - Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any Degree is required.
