Job Summaries:

We are looking for ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow ITAM Developer professionals for multiple VP positions

  • ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Developer, VP
  • ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Developer, VP

ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Developer Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow platform
  • Responsible for the development and sustained support of multiple products
  • Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Management platform while supporting current state.
  • Take ownership and collaborate with ITSM process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.
  • Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation of ITSM
  • Design, develop, test implement and support ServiceNow ITSM capabilities
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements
  • Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
  • Engage in on call support as needed
  • Maintain adequate process, operational documentation and reporting

ITSM Required Skillset/Experience:

  • 5 + years of overall experience with ServiceNow platform administration/management, configuration, development, integration, upgrade and continuous improvement
  • Experience with one or more ServiceNow platform implementation.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
  • Deep functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ITSM product including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management
  • Strong technical hands-on experience with GRC and IT Operations Management is required
  • Experience managing platform availability, performance and security
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes

ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Developer, ​Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management
  • Take ownership and collaborate with IT Asset Management process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities
  • Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation
  • Design, develop, test implement and support ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancement
  • Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
  • Engage in on call support as needed
  • Maintain adequate operational documentation and reporting

ITAM Required Skillset/Experience:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the implementation, administration and support of ServiceNow IT Service Management and IT Asset Management HAM and SAM is required.
  • Desirable to have implementation/support of Flexera data management platform and integration with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including creating custom applications, modules and workflows
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
  • Hands-on technical experience with the implementation of HAM and SAM
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management
  • Understanding of IT hardware and software asset lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $139K - $168K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
