Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Syniti ADM for SAP. - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
