Operations Transformation Specialist


Overview of Position 

The Operations Transformation Specialist supports the Global Housing Claims lines of businesses in partnership with Ops Transformation Leadership and Business/Functional SMEs to assess current state processes, metrics, and applications and then provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

  • Works under general supervision of the Ops Transformation leader and is assigned to specific initiatives across Global Housing Claims Operations.

  • Lead analysis on key operational processes for Global Housing Claims.

  • Establish a detailed current state outline utilizing process flows, operational metrics, financials, technology assessment, team structures, and subject matter expert interviews

  • Partner with other COO Functional areas like IT, CX, Data & Analytics to develop a holistic picture of the operation being assessed.

  • Research methodologies and technologies that could improve the current state.

  • Utilize analytical skillset and creativity to create insights and recommendations from the current state assessment that can transform operations to provide a better customer experience, a better employee experience, and create efficiencies.

  • Assist in the creation of cost/benefit analyses for proposed solutions.

  • Create concise, clear communications to review recommendations with leadership

  • Train on our enterprise technology solutions around Digital Self-Service, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Process Mining to utilize these tools in the analysis and recommendations related to this role.

 
What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer/ Management Information Systems or related field or 5 years of professional experience in the function or similar activity outside the organization.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to effectively communicate recommendations and analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel to create analyses around metrics and financials.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer/ Management Information Systems or related field.

  • Applies expert problem-solving skills to the most complex of issues.

  • Applies sophisticated analytical techniques.

  • Schedule and coordinate team activities and resources.

  • Applies management concepts and practices.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Professional presence, polish, and demeanor to engage with clients.

  • Ability to build relationships and influence with internal leaders and clients. 

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?  

General office demands  
 

Pay Range:

$71,300.00 - $119,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
