Channelpartner profitiert davon, Produkte zu produzieren und proaktiv zu verkaufen. Als neugieriger und kontinuierlicher Lerner verwenden Sie einen beratenden Ansatz, um positive Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern aufzubauen. Ihr Erfolg wird an den Geschäftsmotiven der Partner gemessen.
 

Über das Team

Das Channel-Team von Zoom arbeitet daran, die Reichweite des Unternehmens durch Partnerschaften mit Wiederverkäufern, Systemintegratoren und Technologieanbietern zu erweitern. Sie konzentrieren sich darauf, das Wachstum voranzutreiben, indem sie Partnern die Tools, Schulungen und Ressourcen zur Verfügung stellen, die für den Verkauf und Support der Produkte von Zoom erforderlich sind. Das Team baut Beziehungen auf, um eine reibungslose Integration der Zoom-Lösungen in verschiedene Märkte sicherzustellen. Sie spielen auch eine wichtige Rolle bei der Umsetzung von Markteinführungsstrategien, der Steigerung der Marktpräsenz und der Unterstützung globaler Vertriebsbemühungen, um den Umsatz zu steigern und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern.

Wonach wir suchen

  • Erfahrung in Channel-Rollen (Verkauf an oder Arbeit für) in den Bereichen Unified Communication und Contact Center Services.

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit auf dem deutschen Markt

  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch auf Muttersprachlerniveau

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Kanal-SaaS-/Cloud-/Plattformen.

  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Geschäftsszenarien und Kapitalrendite

  • Erfahrung mit Conversational AI-, Event- und Employee Experience-Lösungen ist von Vorteil.

  • Erfahrung mit Lösungen, Services und Kanälen von Mitel und Avaya

new partnerships and strategic project initiatives for current partnerships that drive committed
revenue. You should understand UCaaS and CCaaS based technology in terms of end-customer benefits, and
channel/partner benefits to productise and proactively sell. As a curious and continuous learner, you'll use a consultative approach to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. Your success will be measured by aligning with partners' business motives.

They focus on driving growth by providing partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to sell and support Zoom’s products. The team builds relationships to ensure smooth integration of Zoom’s solutions into different markets. They also play a key role in executing go-to-market strategies, boosting market presence, and supporting global sales efforts to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in channel roles (Selling to, or working for), within Unified Communication and Contact Centre services.

  • Experience working in the German market

  • Experience communicating in German and English to a native speaker standard

  • Channel SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience.

  • Experience in creating business case return of investment

  • Experience with Conversational AI, Events, and Employee Experience solutions is beneficial.

  • Experience with Mitel and Avaya solutions, services and channels
