As a Research and Test Analyst, you will manage the Mechanical/Hydraulic Test lab. Your responsibilities will include managing and performing tests to enhance the technology and performance of Milacron product lines and their subsystems. You will need strong analytical skills to perform tests for the NPD and R&D divisions, collaborating with Milacron's Technology groups. You will also generate comparative data on the performance of key hydraulic/mechanical components used in Milacron’s product lines. Your role will involve using DFMEA and similar processes in NPD, ensuring desired outcomes, and utilizing Verification and Validation methodologies to address reliability areas. You will manage the database of tests conducted in the lab, supervise the Lab technician, and regularly review the needs for maintaining the lab and its equipment. You will also partner with teams of NPD, Control & Engineering to establish well-planned test roadmaps and timelines, and support application groups for mold trials on machines in the lab.
This role sits onsite in Batavia, Ohio at our Milacron Headquarters. Relocation assistance for candidates outside of the Cincinnati metro area may be available.
