Your New Role

The Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing will be a key role in WBD’s global transfer pricing team.  The role will focus on transfer pricing documentation and planning projects, as well as supporting other transfer pricing initiatives.  The candidate is expected to be an experienced transfer pricing professional, a self-starter, a creative thinker, and a team player, who is both technically strong and a clear communicator.  This location of the position is Mexico City.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including report writing, functional analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Assisting with global transfer pricing planning projects.
  • Supporting external tax and transfer pricing audits.
  • Drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements.
  • Working with cross-functional internal stakeholders on ad hoc transfer pricing issues.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • 3+ years of in-house and/or advisory transfer pricing experience.
  • BS/ BA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
  • MBA or equivalent certification a plus.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity of US and OECD transfer pricing regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with and explain complex TP concepts to cross-functional business partners and external advisors.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while showing attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of media industry.
  • Exposure to international tax principles.
